I think that Dropbox is doing it right with its idea of hybrid office and WFH. Working from home is great, but I do notice a lack of interpersonal relation between coworkers. Online zoom events are indeed a sort of fix but I think meeting in person for teambuilding exercises is definitely the way to go.
